New Customer Checklist

Upgrade To Associate

  1. Log into your Back Office   
  2. Click on “Become an Associate”  from home screen or under my account.
  3. Enter date of birth
  4. Enter the name you’d like to use for recognition
  5. Choose a website name (I used my name)
  6. Provide your SIN or SSN (required for USA)
    * If entering as a business, you’ll also enter your EIN.  
  7. Set up your direct deposit (this can be done later)
  8. Opt in for email or text communication so you’re up to speed on product updates, promotions and events. 

 

*Once you've earned a commission, you’ll be paid via direct deposit and receive notification via email from Isagenix on Mondays.

Enroll with Recommended Cart

Rather than sending your generic website link, provide them a pre-loaded cart with the products that will get them the best results at the cheapest price possible.  You can do from your ISA life app or your desktop website.


  1. Log into your BACK OFFICE, click MY TEAM, MANAGE RECOMMENDED CARTS or on your IsaLife App tap the bottom right corner icon, select SHARE ISAGENIX, MANAGE RECOMMENDED CARTS
  2. Change Member Country if necessary
  3. Preset to PREFERRED CUSTOMER ON SUBSCRIPTION to apply current promotional pricing and free shipping
  4. Add products and/or pack to the cart
  5. Click REPEAT ORDER or customize their next order 
  6. Click SHARE CART
  7. Designate ENROLLING and PLACEMENT SPONSORS (usually both are you unless placing under another teammate, enrolling spouses or making a referral link for your downline to send to someone)  Check with your upline if unsure of placement.     
  8. Set subscription at 29 Days
  9. Repeat steps for the most popular packs for each country you are building your business.  Note: Some countries have products under the NFR catalogue.  IE. Canada Hair Revival, Neutropic, BEA, etc.

Enroll with Your Backoffice

Some customers may prefer you to enter their order for them.

  1. Log into your BACK OFFICE click MY TEAM, ENROLL NEW MEMBER
  2. Change Member Country if necessary
  3. Preset to PREFERRED CUSTOMER ON SUBSCRIPTION to apply current promotional pricing and free shipping
  4. Add products and/or pack to the cart Note: Some countries have products under the NFR catalogue.  IE. Canada Hair Revival, Neutropic, BEA, etc. 
  5. Click REPEAT ORDER or customize their next order 
  6. Enter customer information.  Make the user name firstname-lastname password 4Goaldigger$ if a name is in use try something similar.
  7. Enter the customer's payment information. NOTE: verify name and address on the card is the same.
  8. Designate the "Enrolling and Placement Sponsor" (usually both are you unless placing under teammate or enrolling spouses)  Check with your upline if unsure of placement this is super important for your first 10 or if you havent enrolled in awhile!
  9. Set subscription at 29 Days

Community is the #1 retention tool.  Always connect your new member in a Welcome Message on social media with your Upline and 1-2 Team Members they will relate with and/or live in their area either during your presentation or immediately after enrolling them.


After you make a brief introduction, Team Members will share their 90 sec (tops) Isagenix Story (Business & Product) and offer support & friendship.   


The sole intention of this intro is for your New Member to receive enthusiastic support and confirmation that he/she has made a great investment by getting started with you and for you to have others help answer questions.

You have already sent all the tools for them to be sucessful with their products from our site including this walk through video.   The primary focus of this conversation is to familiarize them with their back office including enrolling in Isabody and complete the New Member Checklist and help them find their two people to get their box paid for or more.   


Definitely use 3 way messages with your upline for your first kick off conversations and ensure they have gone through the site prior to starting..


Remember to introduce product sharers and business builders to your upline immediately so they are connected for support for products and if interested in referrals they receive their first one within 72 hours.

  1. Shout out their results regularly during their first 30, 60, 90 days in our product groups and your social media.  
  2. Collage their results for them and encourge them to share.
  3. Send congratulations card after first 30 day program you could include two business cards to give away for referrals.
  4. Once hit goals have a conversation on maintenance.  
  5. Periodically reaching out just to say “hi” or “how are you doing, birthday messages (reminder Isagenix gives birthday coupons)
  6. Pay attention to other success stories both for products and business and share with your customers for inspiration.
  7. Download your personally enrolled list from the back office or use Penny as your guide for regular reach outs.
  8. Contact those that are yellow or red in your back office to get started again.

  1.  Support the group challenges, reach out to people individually to get them excited about it, advertise on your social media and our groups.  Don't be afraid to run your own too!
  2. Contribute to the product user groups
    • Set notification to on for friend's posts
    • Posting article information (put link in comment to full article)
    • Share you using your favourite products, meals and results
    • Posting videos and lives
    • Posting podcasts
    • Liking and commenting on others posts
    • Aim for at least one post per day in the groups and it could be the same share from your own social media

  1. Ensure you have opted into your business, product and event emails in your back office.
  2. Post promos in our product and business support groups to help promote to the entire team (hint: you are paid on team volume too)
