Track Your Progress
Sometimes when we’re in the day-to-day, enjoying our journey towards improved natural beauty, we can easily miss our own transformation. That’s why regular pictures are so powerful!
Follow these steps to experience your progress through photos:
- Take progress photos at minimum on days: 1, 14, 30, 60, & 90
- Consistency is key: Take photos in the same spot and same lighting each time
- Wash your face, pull your hair back and do not apply lotion or makeup
- Take front, right, and left photos of your face with a straight face and with a smile
- Snap a picture of your neck straight on and looking up towards the ceiling
- Take a few pictures of your hairline/any thinning areas
- Take photos of any skin imperfections: scars, stretch marks, loose skin, age spots, sun damage, etc.
- After you’ve taken all your photos forward to your sponsor they will collage them for you each step and guide you how to adjust your skin care regiment for best results
